Hello, how to set up Teltonika RUT500 to connect to the Internet via Ethernet and in the event of Ethernet malfunctioning to connect to the Internet using a SIM card modem?

Hi,

First you would need to provide WAN over mobile and wired connection.

LTE configuration would be on Network -> LTE
WAN configuration would be on Network -> WAN

Second you need to go to Network -> WAN -> Operation Mode -> Wired and select "Wired" connection type.

Third you need to go to Network -> Backup WAN and click "Enable".

Where do I set roaming permission for modem ?

The roaming feature on RUT500 have the roaming functionality as a standard, therefore don't need to enable it.  The function to set roaming permissions on RUT500 is unavailable.
