i would like to ask about teltonika router openvpn ability.

teltonika routers have tha abilty to create inside an openvpn server and connect clients on them , or you must configure an openvpn server on a Desktop server and connect the router with the openvpn server ;

the teltonika router has the ability to import .ovpn files ?

Teltonika routers do have the ability to create server/client interfaces inside router configuration, also the is a possibility to upload server config to the router.
