I am wondering what command we could use to "toggle" and the output on the RUT240. The idea is, we will create a "restart" button on our own internal systems, which will in effect restart the unit connected to the RUT output.

Scenario: Camera connected to the RUT240 is offline and want to power cycle the camera. We send a "reset/toggle" command to the RUT which will switch the state of the RUT output from on-off-on, all from the one command.
