Hello. Is UFiber Instant SFP module suitable for RUTXR1? How to configure the SFP module after connecting to RUTXR1?

Hello, 

For RUTXR1 by default, the SFP port is configured to be the WAN source for Wired Network.

You can configure it in Network > Interfaces > WAN
