Is there any fallback for changing the Interface order without Drag & Drop gestures. It works fine on PCs, but config changes with mobile phone (android) or tablets (android) will not work.

We are aware about this issue with phones/tablets and working towards solution. Currently, the fixes for this matter are planned for 7.2 firmware release.
