I recently got a RUT950 on ebay, i think the old owner had registered the device with RMS.

How do I get it removed from their account so I can add to mine?

Could you PM me the MAC address of the unit and the link where you bought the router ?

I have the same issue with a RUT950. I bought the router used via amazon and would like to add it to RMS.

Serial is 09556796.
