Hi guys I have brand new out of the box rut 360 and there is no LED lights on the box apart from the Power LED! There is no connectivity at all could someone help or is it DOA??

Hello,

By any chance do you have another PSU? Could you check if it works normally with another PSU/power socket? Could you try to enter the bootloader menu? Instructions: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

I have no other PSU i have tried another socket and there seems to be no pewter going to the other Ethernet ports or LTE/WiFi so cannot do the boot loader option although I have tried
