Hi, we have an RUT240 which will not boot up properly.

It can be pinged but we cannot access the web management

If we do a factory reset, the all the connection status LEDs and then all the Signal Strength LEDs flash alternatively at 1 second intervals.

If I put the router into bootloader mode, I can upload the firmware but that doesnt help.

Perhaps I need to re-install the bootloader itself?

Hello,

If firmware re-install via the bootloader menu does not help, please return that device to your reseller due to hardware issues (faulty device). We do not recommend or provide instructions anymore to re-install the bootloader for our customers mainly because the chance to completely brick the device is way too high.
