Question

When router's VPN-client (L2TP/IPsec) is activated and can't connect to remote VPN server the router changes WAN ip constanty within 5-30 seconds and slows down.

Hello,

Tried with two Teltonika devices, one of them was RUT955 with the same firmware version as your's. Tested with both router being a Server and as a client, configured LT2P over IPsec, everything works, no disconnections were occured. If using mobile WAN, make sure both LTE antennas are attached to the device, also reocmmend disabling "backup WAN" if you are not using it and leave only main WAN (Network -> WAN).
