how can I access remotely created Nordvpn in Teltonika ?

Could you elaborate more? Do you have a router with NordVPN configured and another client (for example, PC)? In that case, the whole routing is in the NordVPN central servers (because you can only configure clients)

I successfully set the NordVPN client, I also set Nord DNS servers (for all WANs in UI) to avoid DNS leaks. I'm getting a protected external IP, but my ISP DNS servers keep leaking (test done here: https://dnsleaktest.com/results.html). I'm using the latest Firmware on RUT955. Thanks.
