Dear all,

We have a RUT240 router which can't update its RMS information, as it always show timeout code 65545 whenever we try to update info.
The device which is connected into it, has internet access, so it looks is not mobile data access related.

We're still in the initial 30 free days period.

Could you please help us?

PS: We have seen two topics related with this issue, but no solution was given (or at least, not visible to us).
