Question

I have a RUTX12 that i have narrowed down that modem 2 connection issues, this by swapping both simcards and antennas between the two modems, and always comes up with connectivity issues on #2...

Iam depending on my router for work, so Iam not to keen of sending somewhere for an uknown amount of time, is it possible to swap one modem - or is this a soldering job?

Hello,

You will need to send back a whole device to the RMA and please do not remove the modem. It requires careful soldering work. Also, hardware modification would void a warranty.

Well it depends on how long will the shipping device back to us and you will take. I would say that it will take 2-3 weeks to receive your device back.
