Hi All,

I am using a Unifi USG Gateway as my main firewall and router (192.168.1.1).

Outside of that network I have the RUT router acting as a modem (with it's IP set to 192.168.0.1)

I have connected one of the LAN ports on the RUT to the WAN port on the Unifi and internet is working.

The problem is I can't access the RUT admin page (but I can ping it).

When I connect via Wifi directly to the RUT I can then access the page on 192.168.0.1.

Does anyone have any ideas what I have done wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,

Kindly try doing this:

Navigate to System > Administration > Access Control tab and Enable Remote HTTP Access

For more information, you can refer to this link: RUTX11 Administration - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

I hope this helps :)

Mellow

Hi Mellow,

Thank-you for your help but unfortunately I already have remote access enabled.

Also, I am trying to access the device from inside it's LAN, not from the WAN.

Any other ideas?

Hi,

Could you draw the network diagram for this so that we can check the possibilities?

Could you try configuring the Zone Forwarding for this and check. Just edit the WAN rule then enable "Allow forward to destination zones: LAN"

For a clearer picture you can check this: https://prnt.sc/1z10soe

I hope this helps :)
