Hello,

we would like to use the VPN-Feature within the RemoteManagementPortal to connect to devices behind RUT240s with OPENVPN-Client. We now want to afjust the firewall-rules of the router in our office.

We figured out, that teltonika uses always the same IP-Adress, but unfortunatly always a different UPD-Ports per each VPN-connection.Within our test-setups we identified these ports:

remote 3.69.106.81 32321 udp

remote 3.65.167.143 32321 udp

 remote 3.69.106.81 35337 udp

remote 3.65.167.143 35337 udp

 remote 3.69.106.81 32265 udp

remote 3.65.167.143 32265 udp

 remote 3.69.106.81 35366 udp

remote 3.65.167.143 35366 udp

-Which Range (from---to) of UDP Ports do we need to allow in our firewall?

Hello,

You can find out which ports RMS does use right here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/What_IP_addresses_and_ports_are_used_by_RMS%3F

RMS VPN does use a random port in the [30000-39999] range

Regards.
