Hi,

I have an issue with RUTX12 modem 2, i have removed all sim, and here some print screen about its status

On startup, with an old firmware i have a very big number of bytes received/sent for secondary modem (the device was never used), with last firmware.

In mobile configuration, when i move to sim2 an error pop up appears, depending on firmware, the popup say "Modem not connected" or, using the last (RUTX_R_00.07.00),  "Error while loading data".

I tried to update, but i can't execute point 5, i received following error (i think because folders modem_reset and modem2_reset are not present)

root@Teltonika-RUTX12:~# echo 1 > /sys/class/gpio/modem_reset/value

-ash: can't create /sys/class/gpio/modem_reset/value: nonexistent directory

In system Log i have found

Wed Nov 3 13:46:03 2021 daemon.info gsmd[5477]: gsmd[src/gsmd.c:find_modem_vidpid_by_id():656]: Modem not found...

Does someone have an idea how to proceed?

Could you send me a troubleshoot file from your router? You can download it from the System > Administration > Troubleshoot window. Attach the file to this query by editing your post (files are visible only to the engineers)
