System/administration/diagnostics _ping, dasnt work. Ping to lan device  10.170.6.1, 10.170.6.2.I -does not.I can see icmp request/replay in Wireshark.  Where colud br the problem? Thank.

Hello,

Which firmware version your RUT240 is currently on? Have you tried to ping exact same IP via CLI? What are the results?

Hi , I have  FW ver.: RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.3   I tried ping CLi

No succsefull.

I ping on DG PING 10.170.6.254 (10.170.6.254): 56 data bytes



64 bytes from 10.170.6.254: seq=0 ttl=64 time=0.567 ms

64 bytes from 10.170.6.254: seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.449 ms

64 bytes from 10.170.6.254: seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.412 ms

64 bytes from 10.170.6.254: seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.523 ms

64 bytes from 10.170.6.254: seq=4 ttl=64 time=0.382 ms

no problem.

I ping on wan 



PING 10.232.4.1 (10.232.4.1): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 10.232.4.1: seq=0 ttl=64 time=0.568 ms
64 bytes from 10.232.4.1: seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.430 ms

no problem

Normal ping from PC is default packet size 32 on RUT240 is default packet size 56
ping x.xxx.x.x -s 32 to 52 ok
