Hello

Thanks for contacting TELTONIKA | Crowd-support forum.

It’s possible to access to your USB device remotely.

Firstly, open samba TCP ports 445 & 139 in your router, connect to your router’s WebUI, go to NETWORK > FIREWALL > TRAFFIC RULES and scroll down to the bottom of page, there’s a section for ADD NEW INSTANCE, select OPEN PORTS ON ROUTER and then enter ports numbers.

More information can be found here:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Firewall#Open_Ports_on_Router

Secondly, enable network sharing, connect to your router’s WebUI, go to SERVICES > USB TOOLS > NETWORK SHARES and turn on samba.

More information can be found here:

Should you need any additional information please let us know.

Best regards.

You can access to router's Web User Interface (WebUI)  in order to configure the router from any remote location.

In Addition, RMS has various features and functions such as Management / RMS connect / RMS VPN / Users
