Feature request

I would love to have some more tools to give my users at RMS the correct rights.

For instance a developer should be able to access all devices but should not be able to delete one.

For instance a supportdesk should be able to view all devices but should not be able to change or delete anything.

I would like to make more roles with my own custom profile so I can manage my users, my guests and my clients correctly.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have checked our RMS team plans and in the future, we will release a tool that will allow you to create a custom role with custom permissions as you would like. Unfortunately, I cannot share any details yet when it is expected.
