Question

Hi, RUTX11 won't boot. The PWR LED is green and if I connect an ethernet cable to LAN1 I get a green LINK LED. No other LAN port will work. Trying to hard reset or bring up in bootloader recovery does not work. If I keep the pin in the reset slot when I power up and keep it there for >5 secs all the LEDs on the LAN ports light up and go off and thats it. Wont respond on 192.168.0.1 and no sign of any WiFi etc.

Is there anything I can do at this point or is it an RMA back to TELTONIKA?

Thank you for the description. If the bootloader menu does not load at all, please return your device to a reseller or if you bought it from us, please contact the sales manager to fill RMA form.

I have the same problem, i bought it from  your factury (Thadas Litinskas), but i get no answers of my quest.

I don´t now, who is the sales manager, and i can´t get a RMA form.

In Germany nobody will Teltonika repair. 2 month i can t work with my RUTX11
