Hi,

I accidentally added a device on the RMS using the WAN MAC, and not the LAN MAC. On the modem web interface status it is complaining as follows:

Status	Enabled
Connection State	Error: Device serial number duplicate! Contact manufacturer.

I tried to unregister the device in RMS but it gets stuck trying to connect to the device.

What should I do?

What kind of issue do you have ? Please check at first if you used correct MAC and LAN MAC when adding device. If this does not help please PM me the serial number of your device.
