I have purchased 3 x RUT950 that worked just fine, until one of them went offline.

I do not need RMS, they're configured and suppose to just run on my clients location without any further interferences.

At the moment, one of them (the first one I have installed) is offline and does not have any signal from the 2 x SIMS.

If I do not require RMS, do I still need credits to keep the router live?

Hello

Thanks for contacting TELTONIKA | Crowd-support forum.

kindly be informed that The Remote Management System (RMS) is designed to conveniently monitor and manage all Teltonika Networks devices. The system allows to securely gather status information of your devices and to change their configuration even if the devices do not have public IP addresses.

We offer a free 30-day trial for every new device so you can try RMS free of charge for one month! After the trial period is over, it costs one credit to enjoy the RMS MANAGEMENT service for 30 days.

The connectivity in router would be still operational even the credit coverage for monitoring is completed (30-days). However, if there’s no active wan source on router, then the management & monitoring of router remotely via RMS would be impossible.

Regarding the issue of SIM Card, firstly I would suggest updating the firmware version to the latest one without Keep setting field checked.

Once the update process done, try to insert SIM Cards at new, if the issue still persists change SIM card to another operator.

If it still does not work, please send us the troubleshooting file in private message.

Insert SIM cards, turn the device on for 5-10 mins, then after that, you can download the troubleshoot file.

The troubleshooting file can be downloaded from SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT.

Should you need any additional information please let us know.
