I need some help please, signed up to Torguard and trying to use OpenVPN. I created a .ovpn file on their site and OpenVPN "connects" all ok. But internet doesn't work at all, and unable to ping any addresses either.

Ive been helped as best as can by Torguard support for past two days (yup its been a while). But as the router isn't on their support list, their help is limited.

Ive tried UDP, TCP, different ports, still no joy. Ive looked at logs but so many lines relating to OpenVPN im not sure where to look.

Firmware is latest 07.02 version I just installed,

Apologises I am going to "postpone" this issue right now, still need to get it fixed but having general connection issues and think I may have antenna issues as my iPhone with same SIM card works fine, but not through router and antenna!
