Hi,

after upgrading FOTA FW RUT9_R_00.06.08.5 to RUT9_R_00.07.2 the router is not reachable as before.

Also over SMS call there is no answer.

There is a ZeroTier Package installed and running. Could this be the problem?!

I will find somebody on site to restart the device and try again ...

Hello,

I would like to ask if you upgraded your router with keep settings enabled? Were there any custom scripts pre-configured before the update? Because the router is not accessible, the only option is to reset it to the default configuration and check if it works.

yes of course upgrading by "keep all settings". No custom scripts!

I have a some more RUT9xx to get the newest FW above 6.08.05 and i am now afraid to upgrade to FW 7.xx.

It is important to check the router configuration locally before resetting it. Maybe you do use autoAPN or PPP connection type?
