Question

I have two rutx11 routers both setup with different networks 192.168.2.0 and 192.168.3.0.

I have created a VPN hub between the two networks, and ideally from my client pc, I am able to reach all devices using the VPN(openvpn).

but devices on router one cannot reach devices on router two, nor can devices on router two reach those on router router one

Hello,

Did you set to push routes and add a TLS client on the OpenVPN server side? By adding a TLS client, you will then be able to access the client router. More information you can find here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/OpenVPN_configuration_examples#Clients_from_Server
