Need 4g LTE Router with following specs, please kindly recommend

1.Flash Memory:512 Mb

2.LTE Required Bands: Band 3 (1800 Mhz) FDD,Band 1 (2100 Mhz) FDD,Band 20 (800 Mhz) FDD,Band 41 (250 Mhz) TDD

3.Dual Sim CAT 6 (min) or CAT 9 or CAT 12 (Preferred)

Please recommend the device with above specs .

If Wireless support is not necessary for your project, RUTX09 may be suitable here. It supports specified frequencies, has mobile module cat6, 256MB of RAM and 256MB of Flash. However, the internal memory can be expanded with the help of a USB port (Storage Memory Expansion).

Another option similar to RUTX09 only with WiFi support is RUTX11.

If you want faster mobile internet, choose RUTX14. It has a CAT12 mobile module. Other functionality and specifications are similar to RUTX09 or RUTX11.
