Hello,

on the RMS platform I try update RUTX11 device information. I get error "Device information could not be updated. Please try updating device information again". Device status is online, RMS WEB UI/Device Cli access are works.

Latest firmware: RUTX_R_00.07.01.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. Is this request still relevant? I see that RUTX11 is offline in your account so we can't verify it in detail.
