Hi,

On 2021-11-19 I upgraded RUTX11 firmware to  RUTX_R_00.07.01. This seemed to work fine for a few days but I notice on running online backups using Arq software to Wasabi S3 location this is now failing and the network connection on the RUTX11 drops repeatedly. On reboot the router works fine for "standard" internet usage..

I'd like to downgrade the firmware back to RUTX_R_00.07.00 as that worked well but am unable to do so as each time I try (via wifi) to upload the file retrieved (from https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Firmware_Downloads) I am returned the following message after verification is attempted.

"The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format. Make sure that you choose the generic image format for your platform".

Note: I am using an Apple computer running MacOS 10.15.7 to connect to the RUTX11 over wifi.

TIA for any advice/help.

Thank you.

My apologies. My earlier question is rubbish - contains incorrect information.

I will re-check.

Hello,

There seems to be a bug in your configuration. Try resetting and reconfiguring the device. Downgrading the router firmware will lose current configuration and you will have to reconfigure it. RutOS 7.1 has improvements over RutOS 7.0 and it should work more stably for you.

If you still want to use RutOS 7.0, you can upgrade it via the Bootloader menu. You can find instructions on how to do that here:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

Let me know whether this helps!
