I have PLC COnnected to RUT955 through Modbus TCP and RUT955 to Scada through MQTT protocol, from scada I can read data from PLC , but from scada  I cant write data to PLC , could you please inform me how to solve this .

You will need to configure the MQTT gateway to write data to PLC  from scada.
