RUT 240 sim not inserted

My RUT is saying no sim inserted. There is one and it and the tray are inserted correctly. I have 50 units but 30 have this issue. If I fold some paper behind the sim as a packer it is fine. Is there a known issue with these units? Seems others are experiencing the same issues.

Have you tried with different GSM provider SIM cards?

If issue persist, I strongly recommend you to reach your direct seller for this issue.

I have this same issue. I´ve been using mine now for a year and every few months router loses the SIM card. Usually just taking the sim out and wiping and putting it back in has helped, but today I had to fold some paper into the sim slot and under the sim card just to make sure it doesn´t move about in the slot.
