QMI Mobile WWAN connection lost after 2-11 hours each day and not receiving IP first 2-3 reboots

Hello

I have a RUT240 router and connected to yallo in switzerland. i loose all few hours the internet connection and than device reboots. signal strength is between 51-53db.

i see at the system log that the first 2-3 reboots it just does not get any ip from the provider but why?

Current Firmware Information

Firmware version RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.4

Firmware build date 2021-10-11, 07:46:51

Kernel version 3.18.44

Bootloader version 3.2.2

Here the network log where you can see that the first few tries it just does not get an ip from mobile provider:

Hello,

Thank you for your query.

I did notice that you are currently using RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.4 Firmware version.

Could you please try upgrading the firmware version to RUT2_R_00.07.01 and check if the issue reoccurs.

If the problem reoccurs, Could you please download the troubleshoot file(after the issue occurs and prior reboot) and forward it to me via private message.

In order to download the troubleshoot file please navigate to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot.

Hello Dziugas

Many thanks for your response. i did the upgrade to RUT2_R_00.07.01 and it was working for just 1 hour or so.  i than could just connect via ssh and it booted all 2-5 minutes. i took it home and now it reboots endless. factory reset also not possible.

i will do an RMA.
