Question

I have tried several times to access the bootloader menu and have done a hard reset but when I boot up the device all lights flash rapidly and the modem is unresponsive. Any ideas?

I had a similar experience while trying to perform a hard reset.

I held down the reset button for 10 seconds, released, and immediately held it down for another 10 seconds.

After waiting a few minutes to boot up, the modem became responsive and  I was able to access the web interface.
