Good evening,

Having an issue with the licenses where I have purchases 2 licenses and one is active on a RUT240 device but the RMS platform says there no more paid licenses remaining.

Can you help out?

Could you PM me the serial numbers of your devices and the company name ?

I'll need these details in order to check licenses.

I also have the same problem, but with a RUT950.  I'll PM you
