I got a TRB140 installed the newest firmware and i already accessed the TRB140 several times through the Device CLI by generating by now i get an timeout.
I also rebooted the TRB140 by "Action>Reboot" in Device Overview.
The device is shown as online.
What can i do to access the device or debug the problem?

Hello,

Possible temporary failure of the RMS platform. For now, you can try "Use legacy mode".

Hello,

All RMS remote features should now be working correctly.
Please attempt to create a regular (not legacy mode) CLI or WebUI link for your device.
