My RUT240 in a cable-4G failover mode has slow and unpredictable throughput. The cable WAN has 100/30 down/up speeds (confirmed) whereas what comes out is between 12 en 35 up and down. It’s become worse since the latest firmware update. Any tips on how to resolve? Cables are all okay.

2. What method has been used to measure the data rate between the router's LAN and WAN?
