Question

A day after updating firmware to 7.0.1 following a power cycle one of my rut240's lost its Serial number and MAC address and over the course of an hour allowed me to do less and less to the point where I cant log in to the local IP dashboard. I have tried resetting config settings and hard factory reset but nothing has worked. Also an open WiFi network appears with the name of UNKNOW_0000.  Any help would be great.
