From the information provided I do see that you are using one of our Legacy Firmware versions on your device(RUT240). You have mentioned that the issue has not been fixed with the latest firmware.
I would like to double check whether you have tried the latest RutOS firmware RUT2_R_00.07.01? From the information provided it seems that an older firmware version has been used.
Is there any chance you could try updating and check whenever the issue persists?
