Hi,

I get this error message upon trying to add my TRB140 in RMS (screen shot). I'm guessing this means it has already been registered with another company?

The device was purchased as brand new, however it seems to have been re-packaged. I suspect it was returned to the store by another customer before it was sold to me.

Hello,

Occasionally, other customers make a mistake when entering many devices en masse and enter an incorrect serial number. This message may then appear when you register. Write me a private message and I will help you. Provide the full serial number of the device in a private message.
