When trying to apply a Firmware update via the GUI I seem to be greeted an 'Incorrect checksum' msg.

This happens with RUT9_R_00.07.00.2_WEBUI.bin and RUT9_R_00.07.01.1_WEBUI.bin although RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.5_WEBUI.bin was applied successfully. However even after applying this I was unable to ssh in or login via a browser.

Something ain't right!

Just to add, after a reboot, I couldn't even ping 192.168.1.1.

The system is well and truly fscked.

Hello,

For this issue of yours, kindly try to recover the device by upgrading the firmware via the bootloader menu.

You can recover it by following: RUT9xx Firmware via The Bootloader Menu - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

Upload RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.5_WEBUI.bin first and see if the device will work fine. After doing so Upgrade to 7.01.1 firmware without keeping the settings.

I hope this helps
