Issue with RUT240 disconnecting from the Network and becomes unresponsive until manual reboot

We have about 40 x RUT240 modems operational for our business. Recently, the newest ones we have deployed all have a similar issue.

In our recent installations (last 5 or so), the modems work until the modems drop out totally from the network and cannot be reached without a physical reboot. SMS functionality also does not work once they have dropped out of the 3G/4G network.  

Is it possible for someone to have a look at the logs and see what the issue is? I have attached the troubleshoot file from one of our recent problamatic modems.

All modems operate on firmware 1.13.3 or 1.14.4.

Please reinstall the firmware through the bootloader menu, as I believe you came from a quite early version to the top latest one in one step.
