Hi, my 2 day old RUTX11 keeps rebooting when touching the case by hand. Thought this was some kind of configuration issue yesterday,  but it occurs even after a fresh factory reset directly after running the setup wizard. So basically nothing configured besides the setup wizard. WIFI, MOBILE, GPS antenna fitted, one SIM card present. Using the provided power source / transformator.

Is this a hardware issue? How to get support?

Please close. This is definitively a hardware issue related to the power supply. Already in touch with my distribution.

Hello,

Indeed, your description indicates not stable physical connection between router and its PSU. Depending on the situation, it might be enough to simply change PSU to another one.
