RUT 240 not connecting to RMS after upgrade to RUT2_R_00.07.01

Hi!
I upgraded firmware on a RUT240 from RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.something to RUT2_R_00.07.01. The device behaved badly after upgrade, and when looking in the release I realized that I should have upgraded to RUT2_R_00.01.14.3 first. I downgraded the firmware and reset the device to factory defaults, and then upgraded it again to RUT2_R_00.07.01. Everything seems to work fine, except the RMS connection that is stuck on "Connecting". In the RMS portal, the device is offline.  Any advice?

Hello,

Power on your router and leave it running for few minutes. Then download troubleshoot package from it and send it to us via private message. Troubleshoot package can be downloaded from "System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot" menu.
