I have 5 RUT950 devices that have activated SIM cards (verified sessions in progress and IPs were assigned) that will not register with RMS or allow Internet Access via LAN ports. Any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Have factory reset the devices, reprogrammed and tested each port. Have verified that provisioning of SIMs are correct and the configurations used to setup the device are the same used on other active and working devices.

Here are the results.

root@Teltonika-RUT950:~# curl rms.teltonika.lt

curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'rms.teltonika.lt'

root@Teltonika-RUT950:~# rms_connect

MQTT Status: 0

Starting rms_connect

Failed to resolve hostname!

ERROR connecting: No such file or directory

^Z[1]+  Stopped                    rms_connect

root@Teltonika-RUT950:~# rms_mqtt

gethostbyname: Unknown host

[Triggers] waiting for connections...

[Main] Error: Problem setting TLS certificates.

Hi,

Could you upload the troubleshoot file or send to me by private message? and the screenshot from RMS setting in router's GUI

Hi,

I have checked the log, and it seems that you have mobile connection but unable to connect the device to RMS.

Thus can you run these 3 command from router CLI and post the result here?

- curl rms.teltonika.lt

-rms_connect

-rms_mqtt

Hi,

It seems like the RMS server is not reachable by the router.

Is it connected to Internet at the moment?
