RMS Registration: Error states that my serial number has already been registered

Hi,

I’m attempting to add my RUT240 to my RMS but it states “ Device with serial ‘My serial’ from entry number 1 already exists”. I bought it ‘new’ from Amazon but maybe it was a used return.

Could i get help with this please?
