RMS RUT950 "Device could not be reached"!

I can see the RUT950 in RMS\Device\Access

The status LED shows always GREEN.

But when I try to connect via Remote Desktop with VNC protocol and click "Generate", it always shows "Device could not be reached"!

You tried remote desktop, were the ports enabled in the computer you intended to connect.

Did you try manually rather than Auto Detect ?

Kindly provide screenshots so as to get a clear picture
