Hello,

Clients in LAN use the router's LAN IP address as the DNS server. So there is no need to add a separate DNS server for local hosts.

I need DNS record of local server, not gateway or DNS server, by example, server.domain.lan 192.168.1.55. I found that it possible with /etc/hosts. Is it possible with webgui?

You can't edit /etc/hosts via the WebUI (unless it's with the help of CLI).

But you can achieve a similar result with Static Leases. With Static Leases you can assign a hostname and IP address to a device based on its MAC address. You can configure it via the router's WebUI, Network → LAN section.
