Hello,

I'am trying to generate a link on RMS so i can access the router from another country ,when i enter to the link genrated the username and password page is blocked?

Is there another way to generate a link?How to solve to this problem?

Hello,

With what device this issue persist?

Can you PM me a serial number of that devices? Also, can you provide a screenshot of what error do you get when trying to use the link?

Also, have you try generating the new one?
