I have a RUT850 device and I put it in my car. I want to track the device live from my cell phone or my home PC. Which free software and android app can I use?

For this question of yours, we do have some third-party GPS platforms that are supported by our device.

Just take note it is not limited to this. There is multiple GPS platform available online that you can check. 

Regarding with the protocol we are supporting AVL Protocol, NMEA, and HTTPS.
