Hi,

I have totaly losted data - Download 0.02 Mbps

In the logs I have found:

2021-12-29 14:15:28 IP Block No entry found for IP (192.168.1.185).

Please any suggestion?

Hello,

It would be great if you could replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section, download troubleshoot file from there and send it to us.
You could attach this file with a comment.
This file will be visible only for Teltonika engineers.
