Hi,

I have 3 RUT950/955 that are all showing 1 active LAN port (with nothing connected). The only way to connect is to use WIFI.

I am under the impression this happened when downgrading from 7.x to 6.8.5.

Any suggestions?

Tom

Hi,

I recommend you to try "Firmware update via The Bootloader Menu". Steps on how to do you can find here:

Let us know whether this helps!

Hi SarunasKa,

I tried this before, but did it again. It was running 7.x and I downgraded to 6.8.5 through the Bootloader menu. The LAN ports are unresponsive and LAN2 is always UP. When I connect through WIFI, I see 2 active LAN ports (1 is my LAN port and LAN2 is always UP). I have added details of the device below:

Kernal: 3.18.44
Bootloader: 3.2.6

Is it somehow possible to upload a restore point from a similar device?

Creating a new profile, restoring backup, factory defaulting, etc all don't seem to have any impact.
