Hello All

So we have started using these new sim cards from Sierra Wireless as they are cheaper than our previous supplier.  We have been given the APN details and when we enter them on the GUI for the Teltonika router it says we have data connected and its registered however, we are unable to use the PPTP VPN. We are currently in the UK and the APN they gave us was internet.swir

In most cases, this could happen of incorrect VPN configuration.

In case the issue persist, please generate and provide a troubleshoot file.
